I started down this artistic road a year ago exploring an interest I have always had in Pen and Ink drawing. Shortly afterI decided to take it one step further and explore coloring my completed drawings. With each new work I have enjoyed exploring new techniques and mediums in an attempt to keep growing and to push myself. Beginning with colored pencils I moved to adding pastels in an attempt to solve short comings I ran into in the use of colored pencils. I have had no training in any artistic field and don;t consider myself to be a true artist. I consider myself an interpreter for lack of a better word. My drawings all originate from past vacations and places I have visited and hold special memories and feelings that I have worked hard to express in my own way,
